I’m Meg Williams
While my family and I have lived in Puerto Viejo for eight years I still maintain US Real Estate licenses in both Florida and Georgia. The bulk of my real estate career was with Keller Williams in Atlanta, Georgia, where I was a top-producing agent in my office for several years running.
I own two properties in the area and during the years I’ve lived here I’ve experienced firsthand the difficulties of buying and selling real estate in the Caribbean. Both the buying and selling sides have unique challenges and without someone guiding you through the process, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and underrepresented.
I bring to the table the knowledge of US standards and practices combined with the Costa Rican way of doing things. I strive to bring excellence in communication, professionalism, and knowledge to your real estate experience.
